Bloggle has relaunched! What do you think?
Bloggle.org.uk is now alive and working as a Wordpress blog! I’ve swapped from Typepad because there is so much customisation available in Wordpress and the themes are much better. Hopefully this theme fits the content of Bloggle much better. Plus, Wordpress is open source which as we all know is teh best!!1!
What’s new?
I hope that this new design is much more user friendly than before. There is a new ‘Search Bloggle’ box at the top and much clearer options for people wanting to subscribe via RSS (or email).
Over the coming months I’m intentionally going to be trying to drive subscriber numbers up. At the moment this blog has about 50 subscribers which is admittedly small. I’d be grateful for any support you can give in helping more poeple find this content by sharing posts (email, digging, stumbling etc) and generally giving feedback on the theme design (especially usability) and content.
I hope the new design also increases interaction here and so I’m going to be looking for more comments. I’m going to be writing out a ‘Comment Policy‘ soon but as a rule I’ll allow any comments that are useful (and not just spam). I’ll allow links in the comment as long as they are relevant, and I’ll signitures as long as long as the comment had some decent content. As a rule, don’t put ‘Great post! Visit my blog www.myblog.com’. I’ll delete it.
